- All in stock orders will be shipped within 10 working days of order (except weekends and holidays*). If you order on a (Polish) business day before 10 am your order will be shipped on the same day. *The following dates are (Polish) National Holidays: 1 January, 6 January, 6 April, 1 May, 3 May, 4 June, 5 June, 15 August, 1 November, 24-26 December. If you order on one of these days your order will be shipped on the next business day.
- In the event that an item is out of stock, a Sanibel Customer Service Representative will notify you of the delay. In this case you have the right to cancel parts of or the entire order without any surcharges.
- Part deliveries: In case an item is delayed, you will not be charged extra for shipping. Thank you for your patience and kind understanding!
- All products are shipped from our distribution center in Poland.
- We charge shipping as a flat rate. We offer UPS Standard as the normal method of shipment. Expedited shipping (UPS Express Saver) is available for an additional charge. You select your shipping method on the check-out page. Shipping and Handling charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Shipping and Handling charges is calculated according to the following schedule:

- All shipments are DAP (Delivered at place). Title to products and risk of loss passes from Sanibel to you upon delivery to designated place.
We are a B2B shopping site and as such all sales are final. However we offer you the right to return any item bought from our website within 14 days from date of receipt, as long as
- it is in the original packaging and unused.
- any seals must be unbroken.
- the item(s) being returned must be accompanied by a completed Return Slip. The Return Slip is available upon request. Simply contact our customer service at email@example.com.
You should return the item(s) prepaid and insured by carrier of your choice and expense. Remember to note down the tracking number. We cannot be responsible for items which we do not receive. Sanibel will refund the purchase price, except Shipping and Handling Charges to the credit card account used in the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
Received a wrong item?
We do all we can to deliver your products in the correct quantity and condition. If you find that we have made a mistake, e.g. by sending you an incorrect item, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will contact you to correct the problem.
If you are asked to return an item you must include a completed Return Slip. The Return Slip The Return Slip is available upon request. Simply contact our customer service at email@example.com. Please note that the product must be returned in the original packaging.
Received a damaged item?
If the outside of the shipping box was damaged at receipt of the item you should notify the UPS driver immediately.
